Roseroot incorporates creative exercises to address experiences that may need another perspective. Creative therapy supports greater grounding and emotional regulation while developing awareness of the connection between emotional and physical experience.
Starting therapy for the first time, or with a new therapist, can feel like a huge decision. This is why our first half-hour session together is free of charge.
